The Black Buoy takes pride in its freshly-prepared home-cooked dishes. Our menus include popular, traditional pub food, plus frequently changing and imaginative dishes. Vegetarians are not forgotten!
Head chef Peter Moore has always lived and worked in Essex. Inspired by parents who loved to cook, Peter trained at Harlow Tech and spent his early career cooking in big hotels and restaurants.
Reservations are accepted for parties of 4 or more.
For tables of 12 or more, pre-ordering is required, along with a £5 deposit per person at the time booking. Deposits must be cash or cheque and the balance paid in one payment.
